How to Find Your Order Number

Use your order number to get support, request a refund, or verify your purchase.

Google Play Store

Android — Find your order in your Google account

    Open Google Play — Store or Browser On Android the button below opens the Play Store app directly. On desktop it opens the website. Sign in with the Google account you used to make the purchase. ▶ Open Google Play Order History

    Go to your Order History Click your profile picture (top-right), then select "Payments & subscriptions" → "Order history".

    Find the app you purchased Scroll through the list to find the app (e.g. Smart Scale Controller). Click on it to expand the order details.

    Copy your Order Number Your order number starts with GPA. — for example: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567. Copy and save this number.
💡 Tip: You can also find your order number in your confirmation email from Google.

    Open your email inbox Open Gmail or your email app on your phone or computer.
  • 2
    Search for the Google Play receipt Search for "Your Google Play order receipt" or filter by sender: noreply@google.com.

    Open the receipt email Find and open the email for the app you purchased (e.g. Smart Scale Controller).
  • 4
    Copy your Order Number Your order number starts with GPA. — for example: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567. Copy and save this number.
💡 Tip: Can't find the email? Check your spam/promotions folder, or try the Play Store method instead.

Apple App Store

iPhone / iPad — Find your receipt via Apple ID

    Check your receipt email from Apple Search your inbox for an email from no_reply@email.apple.com with subject "Your receipt from Apple". The order number starts with MZO.

    Or go to reportaproblem.apple.com Sign in with your Apple ID to view your purchase history.  Open reportaproblem.apple.com

    Find the app in your purchase list Scroll the list to find the app you bought. Click "Report" next to it.
  • 4
    Copy your Order ID The order number is displayed at the top, starting with MZO. — for example: MZO.1A2B3C4D.
💡 Tip: On iPhone or iPad open Settings → tap your name → "Media & Purchases" → "View Account" → "Purchase History".

    Ouvrez Google Play — application ou navigateur Sur Android, le bouton ci-dessous ouvre directement l'application Play Store. Sur ordinateur, il ouvre le site. Connectez-vous avec le compte Google utilisé pour l'achat. ▶ Ouvrir l'historique Google Play

    Accédez à votre historique de commandes Cliquez sur votre photo de profil (en haut à droite), puis sélectionnez « Paiements et abonnements » → « Historique des commandes ».

    Retrouvez l'application achetée Faites défiler la liste pour trouver l'application (ex. Smart Scale Controller). Cliquez dessus pour afficher les détails.

    Copiez votre numéro de commande Votre numéro commence par GPA. — par exemple : GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567. Copiez et conservez ce numéro.
💡 Conseil : Vous pouvez aussi retrouver votre numéro dans l'e-mail de confirmation envoyé par Google.

    Ouvrez votre boîte mail Ouvrez Gmail ou votre application de messagerie sur votre téléphone ou ordinateur.

    Recherchez le reçu Google Play Recherchez « Votre reçu Google Play » ou filtrez par expéditeur : noreply@google.com.

    Ouvrez l'e-mail de reçu Trouvez et ouvrez l'e-mail correspondant à l'application achetée (ex. Smart Scale Controller).

    Copiez votre numéro de commande Votre numéro commence par GPA. — par exemple : GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567. Copiez et conservez ce numéro.
💡 Conseil : E-mail introuvable ? Vérifiez vos spams ou le dossier Promotions, ou essayez la méthode Play Store.

Apple App Store

iPhone / iPad — Retrouvez votre reçu via votre identifiant Apple

    Vérifiez l'e-mail de reçu d'Apple Recherchez dans votre boîte mail un e-mail de no_reply@email.apple.com avec le sujet « Votre reçu Apple ». Le numéro commence par MZO.
  • 2
    Ou visitez reportaproblem.apple.com Connectez-vous avec votre identifiant Apple pour voir vos achats.  Ouvrir reportaproblem.apple.com
  • 3
    Retrouvez l'application dans vos achats Faites défiler la liste pour trouver l'application achetée. Cliquez sur « Signaler » à côté de celle-ci.
  • 4
    Copiez votre identifiant de commande Le numéro s'affiche en haut de la page, commençant par MZO. — par exemple : MZO.1A2B3C4D.
💡 Conseil : Sur iPhone ou iPad, ouvrez Réglages → appuyez sur votre nom → « Multimédia et achats » → « Voir le compte » → « Historique des achats ».

    انتقل إلى سجل الطلبات انقر على صورة ملفك الشخصي (أعلى اليمين)، ثم اختر «المدفوعات والاشتراكات» ← «سجل الطلبات».

    ابحث عن التطبيق الذي اشتريته قم بالتمرير في القائمة للعثور على التطبيق (مثل Smart Scale Controller). انقر عليه لعرض تفاصيل الطلب.

    انسخ رقم طلبك يبدأ رقم طلبك بـ GPA. — على سبيل المثال: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567. انسخ هذا الرقم واحتفظ به.
💡 نصيحة: يمكنك أيضاً إيجاد رقم طلبك في رسالة التأكيد من Google.

    تحقق من رسالة الإيصال من Apple ابحث في بريدك الإلكتروني عن رسالة من no_reply@email.apple.com بموضوع «إيصالك من Apple». يبدأ رقم الطلب بـ MZO.

    أو انتقل إلى reportaproblem.apple.com سجّل الدخول بحساب Apple ID لعرض سجل مشترياتك.  فتح reportaproblem.apple.com

    ابحث عن التطبيق في قائمة مشترياتك قم بالتمرير للعثور على التطبيق الذي اشتريته. انقر على «إبلاغ» بجانبه.
  • ٤
    انسخ معرّف طلبك يظهر رقم الطلب في أعلى الصفحة، ويبدأ بـ MZO. — على سبيل المثال: MZO.1A2B3C4D.
💡 نصيحة: على آيفون أو آيباد، افتح الإعدادات ← انقر على اسمك ← «الوسائط والمشتريات» ← «عرض الحساب» ← «سجل المشتريات».
