How to Find Your Order Number

Use your order number to get support, request a refund, or verify your purchase.

Open Google Play — Store or BrowserOn Android the button below opens the Play Store app directly. On desktop it opens the website. Sign in with the Google account you used to make the purchase.▶ Open Google Play Order History

Go to your Order HistoryClick your profile picture (top-right), then select "Payments & subscriptions" → "Order history".

Find the app you purchasedScroll through the list to find the app (e.g. Smart Scale Controller). Click on it to expand the order details.

Copy your Order NumberYour order number starts with GPA. — for example: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567. Copy and save this number.

💡 Tip: You can also find your order number in your confirmation email from Google.

Open your email inboxOpen Gmail or your email app on your phone or computer.

Search for the Google Play receiptSearch for "Your Google Play order receipt" or filter by sender: noreply@google.com.

Open the receipt emailFind and open the email for the app you purchased (e.g. Smart Scale Controller).

Copy your Order NumberYour order number starts with GPA. — for example: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567. Copy and save this number.

💡 Tip: Can't find the email? Check your spam/promotions folder, or try the Play Store method instead.

Check your receipt email from AppleSearch your inbox for an email from no_reply@email.apple.com with subject "Your receipt from Apple". The order number starts with MZO.

Or go to reportaproblem.apple.comSign in with your Apple ID to view your purchase history. Open reportaproblem.apple.com

Find the app in your purchase listScroll the list to find the app you bought. Click "Report" next to it.

Copy your Order IDThe order number starts with MZO. — for example: MZO.1A2B3C4D.

💡 Tip: On iPhone or iPad open Settings → tap your name → "Media & Purchases" → "View Account" → "Purchase History".

💡 نصيحة: على آيفون، افتح الإعدادات ← اسمك ← «الوسائط والمشتريات» ← «عرض الحساب» ← «سجل المشتريات».
